Directorate of Post and Telecommunication Standardization or Ditstand, has a task to implement several main duties from Directorate General of Post and Telecommunication in the post and telecommunication standardization field based on technical policy determined by The Directorate General of Post and Telecommunication.

In implementing the task, Ditstand executed functions as follows:

• Preparing policy in the field of technical, service, assembling of post and telecommunication.
  
• Preparing stadardization formulation in technical, service, assembling of post and telecommunication.
  
• The technical supervision in technical stardization, service, assembling of post and telecommunication.
  
• Monitoring and controlling of Post and Telecommunication standardization.
  
• The implementation of administration affairs, employee affairs, Directorate household.

SUBDIR TECHNIQUE POST and TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

1. Preparation of compilation of post technique standard and telecommunications;
2. Preparation of technical tuition [of] post technique standard and telecommunications;
3. Preparation of evaluation execution of post technique standard and telecommunications.

Subdir Technique Post and Telecommunications, consist of :

1. Section Peripheral of Postel
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of technical tuition and standard and also evaluate execution of activity of standardization peripheral of telecommunications and post.
2. Infrastructure Section [of] Postel
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of technical tuition and standard and also evaluate execution of activity of infrastructure standardization [of] telecommunications and post and construction test / installation.

SUBDIR TECHNIQUE COMMUNICATIONS RADIO

1. Preparation of compilation of radio communications technique standard;
2. Preparation of technical tuition [of] radio communications technique standard;
3. Preparation of radio communications technique standard evaluation.

Subdirektorat Technique Communications Radio, consist of :

1. Section Peripheral of Communications Radio.
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of technical tuition and standard and also evaluate standardization peripheral of radio communications.
   
2. Infrastructure Section [of] Communications Radio.
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of technical tuition and criterion and also evaluate infrastructure standardization [of] radio communications.
   

SUBDIR SERVICE OF POST and TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

1. Preparation of compilation of standard service of telecommunications and post;
2. Preparation of technical tuition [of] standard service of telecommunications and post;
3. Preparation of standard evaluation service of telecommunications and post;
4. Preparation of post standard technique cooperation evaluation and compilation and telecommunications.

Subdir Service of Post and Telecommunications, consist of :

1. Section Standard Service.
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of regulation of service standard and also evaluate execution of standard service of telecommunications and post.
2. Section Standard Technique.
   Having duty [do/conduct] preparation of materials compilation of conditions of technique [in] standard area, execution and also evaluate technique cooperation [in] post standard area and telecommunications.

2. Section Data and Information.

SUBDIR MONITORING and PUBLISHER OF POST and TELECOMMUNICATIONS

1. Preparation of compilation of guidance, norm, procedure and criterion [in] monitoring area and publisher of standard peripheral of telecommunications and post and also radio communications;
2. Preparation of technical tuition [in] monitoring area and publisher of post standard and telecommunications and also radio communications;
