The Organization of the Special Telecommunications was
the Kind of the Organization of the Telecommunications for the certain
government Agency needs, legal body and the individual
TARIF
1. Operator conveying the proposal of the tariff / the
change of tariff to Minister of Communications(1) with the perforation
to the Directorate General of Post and Telecommunications(1')

The Minister of Communications convey the proposal to the two parralel
lines, those are:
a.The Secretary General (2), then conveyed to
the Administration Bureau of BUMN (3), then deliver to the Business
Development Division(4)
b. The Directorate General of Post and
Telecommunications(2') continued to the Head of the Directorate of
Telecommunications(Ditbintel) (3'), then continued to the Director of
Telecommunications Services(Kasubdit Binjastel) (4')
3. The
Proposal was studied by Small Tim that its member consisted from:
a.
Telecommunications Tariff Section (Staff of Subdit Binjastel,
Ditbintel).
b. The Head of Sub Division of Services and Tariff (Staff
of The Head of Business Development Division, Administration Bureau of
BUMN).
c. Staff of Planning Bureau of Department of
Communications.
d. Staff of Law Bureau of Department of
Communications.
4. The result of the study will be conveyed to two lines,
those are:
a. Through Melalui Directorate General of Post and
Telecommunications(6), then conveyed to the Minister of
Communications(7).
b. Through the Secretary General, in which the
result of Small Team study will be discussed by the Big Team before
being delivered to the Minister of Communications(6)
Big Team consists of:
a. The Head of Administration
Bureau of BUMN
b.The Direktor of Telecommunications
c. The Head of
Law Bureau
d. The Head of Planning Bureau
e. The Director of the
Related Operator
The result of the Big Team Study will be conveyed to the
Minister of Communications(7)
5.The structure of the number of
tariff approved by the Minister of Communications will be submitted to
the DPR (8)
6.If it was agreed by DPR, the structure and the
tariff number then ratified by the Minister of Communications, for then
be sent to the related Operator to be implemented(9).
The submission of the Proposal of the Tariff
of Non Basic Telecommunications Service
Explanation:
1. Operator arrange the proposal to the Minister of
Communications with the perforation to the Directorate General of Post
and Telecommunications.
2. The Secretary General deliver the proposal to the
Administration Bureau of BUMN. The Bureau then analyse and discuss the
proposal and
the result was reported to the Secretary General.
3/4. The Secretary General carry out meeting with Small
Team to discus the proposal and arrange report of the meeting
result.
Small Team consist of:
1.Law Division of the
Directorate General of Post and Telecommunications
2.Finance
Bureau
3.Administration Bureau of BUMN
4.Law Bureau
5.Report from Small Team conveyed to the Big Team.
6.The Big Team decided to accept or refuse report from
Small Team.
The Big Team consist of:
1.Secretary General
2.Small Team
3.Telecommunication Operator
If the proposal accepted, it will be conveyed to the
Minister of Communications.
If the proposal refused, it will be
returned to the Small Team and will be reviewed with the operator
If
approved, The Minister of Communications will legalize the tariff of Non
Basic Telecommunication Services in the form of the Minister
Decree.
